At our Shia Islamic Center, Aza-e-Hussain, we are dedicated to fostering an environment of reflection, learning, and unity throughout the year. We host a diverse array of events, including Prayers, Majalis, Milad, Processions, and Educational sessions, all designed to honor the legacy of Prophet Muhammad PBUH and to deepen our understanding of his timeless message.
Islam offers the best system for living a peaceful and fulfilling life. Allah SWT, in His infinite wisdom, sent us the Quran through Prophet Muhammad PBUH as a guide to living harmoniously. Our mission is to embrace and share this divine guidance, helping each other to lead lives full of peace and beauty.
Our center is named after Imam Hussain a.s., the grandson of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, who stood valiantly against tyranny and injustice. His unwavering courage, integrity, and faith at Karbala serve as a perpetual beacon, guiding us toward truth and righteousness in the face of adversity. Imam Hussain a.s.'s sacrifice is a powerful reminder of the values we cherish and strive to uphold.
I encourage each of you to actively participate in our events, uniting in grief and hope, and strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood among us. Let’s try our best to commit to justice, compassion, and faith, and to support one another in our spiritual journey.
